When are the Town Council meetings?: The Town Council meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month in the Council Chambers of Prosper Town Hall with a Work Session at 5:00 p.m. and a Regular meeting at 6:15 p.m. The public may attend in person or watch live online. Meeting agendas are posted on the Town's website at least 72 hours prior to the meeting.

2. Can I speak at a Council meeting?: Yes, the public is invited to address the Town Council on any topic; however, the Council is unable to take action on any topic not listed on the agenda. Please fill out a Public Comment Request Form prior to 4:00 p.m. the day of the meeting.

6. How do I track the status of a Public Information Request (PIR)?: To track an existing Public Information Request, use the Track Request button on the Public Information Request and enter the Request Number sent to you in your confirmation email.

12. Is there a curfew?: Yes, there is a curfew for minors. As designated in the Code of Ordinances, the curfew hours are 11 p.m. - 6 a.m. on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. On Saturday and Sunday, the curfew hours are 12:01 - 6 a.m. For more information on the curfew, please review the Town Ordinance.
