To ensure our residents have the best possible internet access for business, personal, and educational use, the Town has been working with Connected Nation and local broadband providers to improve and expand broadband service in Town. 10. Does the Town of Prosper have a designated time frame for trick-or-treating?: We do not officially have a town-wide time frame for trick-or-treating, but you may want to check with your HOA if your neighborhood has an official time frame or special event.
