Since the Town is a government organization, we do not promote businesses or events through our website or social media that are not sponsored by the Town. You might try contacting the Prosper Chamber of Commerce to see if they can help you get the word out.
We do not officially have a town-wide time frame for trick-or-treating, but you may want to check with your HOA if your neighborhood has an official time frame or special event.
