How do I submit my Driver Safety Course completion certificate?: If you have completed the Driver's Safety Course and need to submit your completion certificate, please go to the Town of Prosper Municipal Court, 250 W. 1. How do I contact municipal court?: You can contact Municipal Court by calling (972) 347-3020.

2. Can I pay my citation or fine online?: Yes, Prosper Municipal Court offers an online payment system; however, you must verify your payment amount and eligibility to pay online before submitting your payment. To verify, please call (972) 347-3020. Once verified, you can pay your citation or fee online by visiting the Town of Prosper Online Citation Payment Portal.

3. What do I do if I received a citation?: You can learn more about what you need to do after receiving a citation or being charged with a violation by clicking here. If you have any questions, please call (972) 347-3020.

4. How do I pay my citation?: If you are paying your citation in full or have already entered a plea and have a balance due, your payment can be paid by phone at 1 (877) 881-1003 or online through the Town of Prosper Online Citation Payment Portal. For more information, please refer to our Fines & Cost page or call the court office at (972) 347-3020.

5. How do I request a court hearing?: You may request a hearing in person at the Municipal Court office located at 250 W. First Street, online by visiting the Municipal Court page or by submitting a written request in person or by mail. The court mailing address is P.O. Box 307, Prosper, TX 75078. All hearings are currently held in person. Once you have submitted your request, you will receive a reply from the court within 5-10 business days. 6. How do I sign up for a Driver's Safety Course Online?: Before you can request a driver safety course, you must verify your eligibility with the Town of Prosper Municipal Court. To verify, please go in person to the court office, 250 W. First Street, or call (972) 347-3020. Once your eligibility has been verified, you can request a course by submitting a Drivers Safety Course Request online, or you can do so by mail or in person using the Drivers Safety Course Form. If you are submitting your application through mail, please mail your completed form and your required documents and fine, fees, and/or costs to Prosper Municipal Court at P.O. Box 307, Prosper, TX 75078. If you are submitting your application in person, please bring your completed form and your required documents and fine, fees, and/or costs to 250 W. 7. How much are speeding violations?: Please refer to the Fines and Costs page of the Municipal Court to see a full list of costs, fees, and fines for speeding and other driving violations. If you are paying your citation in full or have already entered a plea and have a balance due, your payment can be paid by phone at 877-881-1003 or via the Municipal Court's Online Citation Payment Portal.

8. How do I view the warrant list?: A copy of the Warrant List can be found on the Town of Prosper's Municipal Court webpage.

9. Can I search for citations or cases online?: The Case Search feature is currently unavailable. Please call the court office for information regarding your citation or case at (972) 347-3020.
