Your first step with the Citizens Self-Service portal will be to register as this will create your user account. This is done only the first time you ever use the system. During this process, you will be given the opportunity to choose a username and password that is unique to you. When setting up your account, you must designate a single email address to receive email notifications about application status updates, invoices, and process information. An email will be immediately sent to you, and you will need to click the “confirm email” link in this setup email. Then, you can log into the CSS portal at any time in the future using your chosen username and password.
Please go to the Citizens Self-Service portal and set up a login. Once you have logged in, choose to apply, type in the contractor type you are looking to apply for, and follow all the prompts.
Once it has been submitted, you will receive an invoice if required to pay within 24 hours. The contractor license will be activated 24 hours after the invoice is paid.
We appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any questions, please get in touch with the office by phone at 972-346-3502 option 2 or email email@example.com
