Downtown Prosper Master Plan

The Downtown Prosper Master Plan aims to revitalize Prosper's historic commercial downtown and surrounding neighborhoods through strategic redevelopment. Formulated from community input, the plan leverages existing assets and identifies key opportunities such as public investments in Town Green, Downtown Connector, and Downtown Plaza,and private development sites for mixed-use purposes. An implementation program built on six pillars—political, organizational, regulatory, financial, physical, and market—guides the process, ensuring adaptability and broad community involvement for successful long-term redevelopment.
