PROSPER (May 23, 2023) The Prosper Police Department (PPD) is pleased to announce the missing person search has come to a positive conclusion. Yesterday, on May 22, PPD issued a missing person bulletin and requested the public's assistance in locating 18-year-old Aylin Figueroa, who had been reported missing by a family member.
After an extensive search effort and collaboration with local law enforcement agencies, PPD is relieved to report that Ms. Figueroa has been located and is confirmed to be unharmed. Our officers worked diligently to locate Ms. Figueroa and swiftly concluded that she was not in any immediate danger.
Out of respect for the privacy of Ms. Figueroa and her family, further details regarding the circumstances of her disappearance and discovery will not be disclosed. However, we can confirm that there is no ongoing threat to the public related to this search.
