The Town of Prosper offers a customer service platform called myProsper. Residents can submit service requests through their mobile devices or through the website. It provides an opportunity for the public and the town to work together to address park and road maintenance issues, obtaining alarm permits, and so much more. The platform is user-friendly, and town staff will ensure your request is sent to the correct town department. No registration is required to use the app. However, if users create an account, they will be kept up-to-date on their request.
