The Prosper Police Department today issued details ascertained from the investigation of a disturbance on Sunday, November 26, 2023, at the Race Trac gas station located at 4870 W. University Drive (US 380 and Gee Road) in Prosper, Texas.
Their investigation preliminarily revealed the incident began as a road rage altercation between two drivers. Both drivers stopped at the Race Trac station and an altercation began, involving three individuals.
When police arrived and secured the scene, the three individuals had lacerations and other knife wounds. All three individuals were transported to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigators determined two of the subjects were the aggressors and were arrested and booked into the Denton County jail following their release from the hospital. Both face charges of Assault Causing Bodily Injury.
No additional details will be released as this continues to be an ongoing criminal investigation.
