Prosper Community Library Facility Master Plan Volume 1

The Town of Prosper has released Volume 1 of the Prosper Community Library Facility Master Plan, a forward-looking guide to meet the growing needs of our community. This detailed plan outlines the vision for a new library that will serve as a hub for learning, creativity and connection. Volume 1 includes benchmarking studies, community input from focus groups and surveys, and options for facility expansion ranging from 33,000 to 72,000 square feet. It also includes recommendations for enhanced technology, programming, outreach and flexible spaces that reflect the expectations of residents and align with Texas Library Association standards.
