Frontier Park Pavilion Rental
Thank you for your interest in renting the pavilion at Frontier Park! The pavilion is located next to Windmill Playground, located at 1551 Frontier Parkway in Prosper.

Pavilion Rental Procedure
Pavilion rental rates differ for residents and non-residents, per the Prosper Town Ordinance. Residency status is based on tax filing to the Town. Prosper ISD is a separate taxing entity.
If you would like to rent the Frontier Park pavilion, please follow these steps:
1) Create or log into an account.
2) Request a reservation by selecting "Make a Facility Reservation" from your account and proceeding to submit.
3) Make payment after receiving approval via email from Parks & Recreation.
4) Complete the Frontier Park Pavilion Permit Request.
5) If your reservation has 200 people, you will be required to fill out a Special Event Permit for your reservation. Check out our Special Event Packet (PDF) for more details. The pavilion can not accommodate more than 200 people for a rental.
Please note: In order to secure your rental, payment must be made and the Frontier Park Pavilion Permit Request completed at least one week after your request has been approved. If payment and/or the Permit Request are not received by Parks & Recreation at least seven days after approval, your reservation is subject to cancellation.
A final email to confirm your reservation will be sent after your payment and Frontier Park Pavilion Permit Request are received to complete the process!
Pavilion Rental Details
- Frontier Park pavilion rentals are booked in 4-hour increments and include the entire pavilion (6 tables and 2 charcoal grills).
- Requests are accepted up to six months in advance and must be made at least 14 days before the requested reservation date.
- Reservations are confirmed once the permit request and payment are received.
- The person making the reservation (permit holder) must be at least 18 years of age and must be on-site and provide supervision at all times.
- Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance to receive a full refund.
- Reservations must begin no earlier than 7:30 a.m. and end no later than 10:30 p.m.. *Please note* Anyone who starts earlier or stays later than their reservation will be subject to forfeit their refundable deposit.

Inclement Weather Policy
Weather is unpredictable; therefore reservations are made at your own risk. Cancellations are not accepted prior to your event based on a predicted weather forecast. The Town of Prosper reserves the right to make the final decision on questionable weather.
