The Communications and Community Engagement Department is actively involved in fostering partnerships with Home Owners Associations to help build and preserve a high quality of life for Prosper residents. In order to ensure effective communication with the town and your HOA, please make sure we have the most up-to-date information. HOA Quarterly Meetings 

HOA Quarterly meetings are designed to provide a regular opportunity for the Mayor and Town of Prosper staff to share valuable updates as well as information about programs and services while also seeking feedback from our neighborhood leaders. The meetings are held at Town Hall and are open to any Town of Prosper HOA board member interested in participating. To receive the quarterly meeting invitations, please refer to the HOA Contact Information Form to submit your contact information. 

HOA Monthly E-Newsletter

Our Community Engagement Department sends monthly e-newsletters to our HOA Board Members and Management Companies. To add or update your information, fill out the HOA Contact Form. These newsletters are packed with valuable information about upcoming town events, free education opportunities, and other noteworthy happenings in the town that you can readily share with your community.
